Pastor John grew up in Bel Air, Maryland & graduated from Northpoint Bible College, with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. Pastor John served as our Student Ministries Pastor, Associate Pastor, and now as Lead Pastor. He is passionate about helping others grow in their faith, especially the men of our church.

JOHN MAZZIOTT
DISCIPLESHIP & WORSHIP PASTOR
Pastor Amaris grew up in Newark, New Jersey & graduated from Northpoint Bible College, with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. Pastor Amaris is excited to serve as Discipleship Pastor, as well as oversee our Worship Department. She is passionate about seeing people discover the wonder of Jesus and grow in Him.

AMARIS MAZZIOTT
Nicky Walker
KIDS DIRECTOR
Nicky grew up in central Illinois and attended Eastern Illinois University, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. After college, she worked in various parts of Missouri, gaining a wealth of experience in various areas of children's ministry. Recognizing a genuine need in our community, she now oversees our children's ministry programs. Nicky is passionate about nature and delights in guiding children as they embark on their early discoveries of a life walking with Jesus.

Tyler Boyd
TECH DIRECTOR
Tyler is currently studying ministry at Liberty University, continuing to deepen his faith and calling. He also served in the United States Army, where he developed strong leadership, discipline, a heart for serving others; he is known for his reliability and problem-solving mindset. He has been leading our Tech Ministry Team since 2025.

ANNISTIN Cardoza
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Annistin is an Eastern Shore Native and a dedicated student at Northpoint Bible College, where she is pursuing a deeper understanding of ministry and biblical studies. Even though she attends school in Massachusetts actively serves at His Way by leading efforts in graphic design and social media, using creativity and digital communication to help share the gospel and engage the community. She is passionate about music, coffee, youth ministry, and using creative designs to help contextualize the Gospel.

FOUNDING PASTORS
Pastor Richard and his wife Carla moved to the Shore in '03, to "retire" from ministry, until God called them to plant His Way in 2013. After 10 years of leading our church, they stepped down and assumed the role of Founding Pastors. They help over see special projects and are passionate about people finding freedom in Christ.
